Who Am I?
I’m Tintin – yes, that’s my real name – and my passion is helping educational YouTubers like you maximise your impact, save time, and make more money. I want more educators to share their message through YouTube.
In 2021, I started my own YouTube channel while working as a management consultant, and it’s grown to 14,000 subscribers. My success led me to joining Ali Abdaal (6.1 million subscribers) as his Head of YouTube.
For 2.5 years, I ran the entire channel while it doubled from 3m to 6m subscribers, and generated millions in revenue. And even though I’m not artistic or creative, I ended up designing 100s of thumbnails for Ali.
I taught myself everything, and stuck to Canva because Photoshop felt intimidating. But during that time, I noticed a huge problem.
So many educational YouTubers were struggling with thumbnails (including me) and no one had made a comprehensive guide on how to go from complete beginner to expert. So here we are.
