I posted the full DVD set which was almost 30GB a few weeks ago. Several members asked if I could post a smaller version. Therefore, I have ripped the DVD's to MP4 containers (x264 codec) using Handbrake. I've also deinterlaced the source and compressed the audio. The result is the full set at just under 3GB, or about 10% of the original size. The quality in my eyes is on par with the DVD's. I have NOT left in the advertisements for other beachbody products such as p90x, etc. I left in one video called "Shakeology" which is an advertisement but it has some nutrition info in it. If you want the advertisements grab one of the dvd's from the other full set, all the dvd's have a copy of all advertisements. I chose the MP4 container format as it's compatible with most players including PSP, Xbox 360, PS3, XBMC, WDTV, etc. with maximum compression and minimal quality loss.

If you don't have an MP4 compatible player for your TV, grab a program like ConvertX to DVD. You can easily put the entire set on 2-3 DVD's that will play in any standard DVD player.

Also, I couldn't get handbrake to export the subs to SRT. It kept burning them into the video. I'm a bit of a newbie with encoding so sorry, no subs for this. If someone wants to export the DVD subs to SRT I'm sure other members would appreciate it.
