This 3-week program can help you build muscle, burn fat, and turn your body into a calorie-scorching machine to make sure you’re ready and strong for the hard work and bigger challenges in #mbfa.
What Are the Workouts Like?
To help you to get lean, strong and healthy, Megan leads you through a 25-35 minute strength-training or cardio workout every day for 3 weeks. Ideally, you’ll start on a Monday and commit to her schedule. Sundays feature a recovery workout to get you ready for the next week.

The Beachbody Guide to Nutrition and accompanying Introduction to Nutrition videos will show you how to eat to optimize your results. You’ll need a set of light, medium and heavy dumbbells, a mat, and the BOD Rope, the Cordless Indoor Jump Rope.
